• Make sure the recording video with audio setting is turned on in the video recording settings.
• Set the audio recording level for movie recording mode in the camera settings to automatic mode or manually set it to a high enough sensitivity. You can check the recording level indicator on the LCD screen or viewfinder whilst recording and adjust it accordingly.
• If you use an external microphone for recording, make sure that it is appropriately and firmly connected to the camera's microphone input and turned on.
