Book Repair

Thank you for using our online troubleshooting section, unfortunately it appears that your product will need a repair. To book service online with one of our Authorised Service Centres, please complete your details in the next section.
Should you prefer to contact us by phone or email, you can do so via the Contact us button.

Before you continue, please ensure that:
  • You live in the United Kingdom. For arranging a repair in any other country, please contact us via the Contact us button.
  • Your product remains under warranty with Sony.
  • If you have purchased a Sony extended guarantee, you have already registered this with us via our Activation page (if you have an extended guarantee provided by your retailer please contact them directly for advice)
  • You can provide a valid invoice for your purchase, which you will need to upload as part of the booking process.
    Please ensure that you include a clear copy of a valid invoice/receipt for your purchase from an authorised Sony retailer. E-tail order confirmations, auction site receipts or handwritten invoices will not be accepted.
  • You must be available for an appointment at your home within 5 working days (for TVs).

Should we receive a booking and it appears that your product is out of warranty by date or your product has incurred accidental damage, service fees will apply according to the Authorised Service Centre Terms & Conditions.
